Practicing yoga with an experienced yoga teacher in an atmosphere designed to cultivate peace within supports your weekly mini-retreat. Enjoy learning new skills with the option to use props in your practice such as a chair, blankets, blocks, and yoga belts. Although yoga does not have to be practiced with props, there are many benefits that props provide. Adding support helps to create space and length and allows us to enter into postures with greater ease. We can explore postures comfortably because our muscles are supported. As a result, we surrender, unwind, and relax.
